Nailing the branding

A strategic challenge was to make sure each aerospace division served its (very different) target audiences while feeling like they belong to the same brand. Embraer’s existing website presented a menagerie of styles. Our approach was to unify the fonts, colours and design styles, so that each division — from military planes to luxury jets — felt part of a greater whole.

Preparing for take-off

With the brand challenge defined, we started work on the wireframes and user journeys — ordering content into hierarchies of importance and making sure each page achieved its objective. Then came the design — wowing users with impactful aircraft imagery, while keeping the user experience easy to navigate for an international audience.

Breaking the language barrier

The final step was ensuring the content worked for a global audience.

We rewrote copy in English and Portuguese, introduced multilingual translations (including Chinese), and improved international SEO and AEO (answer engine optimisation) to boost visibility in AI-driven search.

The new website showcases the planes at their best while delivering a clean and simple user experience that elevates the entire brand.

To complement this, the app gives customers a digital ‘hangar’ that keeps them informed about the status and documentation of their jets.
