Embassy Gardens, an illustrious London property development by the Ballymore Group, needed an iPad app for a Hong Kong sales event, along with a corresponding website. To reflect their prestigious brand values, the app and site had to look sophisticated whilst being user-friendly and intuitive. But there was a catch – they needed it in just five days.

It was a tall order, but having worked with us on numerous occasions Ballymore had faith that we could produce top-quality work to the tightest of deadlines. Working around the clock, we created an interactive sales app that allowed event organisers to register client interest, check plot availability, capture data, generate leads and take sales - giving the organisers everything they needed at the touch of a button.

The team is so helpful and always willing to talk through everything with us and help in any way possible. Nothing is ever a problem - however last minute my requests are! There is always someone in the team who can do what is needed to an amazing standard.

A NEW ONLINE HOME

To complement the sales app, we also created an Embassy Gardens website. Utilising a sleek, elegant design and brochure-style imagery, the site showcased the properties, amenities and Embassy Gardens lifestyle in all its glory. A short film (see above) explained Ballymore’s ethos and inspiration behind the development, whilst a social feed also allowed greater participation and communication with buyers and residents.
