THE ROLE
You’ll need to know the HubSpot platform inside and out: how it works, how it can help our clients grow, and a track record of successfully using it in your career.
You’ll need to hit the ground running, building workflows and campaigns, segmenting and cleaning up data, creating reports, optimising automation and generally improving performance across the whole gamut of HubSpot’s functionality.
Additionally, you’ll need significant proven experience in driving growth via digital marketing channels. You don’t need to be an expert in the hands-on use of every channel but you must understand their importance and strategic fit in order to develop effective campaigns that drive results and ROI.
You’ll work closely with our account directors and liaise with appropriate third-party suppliers and in-house strategic and creative teams to deliver against clearly defined marketing objectives.
THE ESSENTIALS
Significant HubSpot experience — expert user level with relevant current accreditations.
Broad knowledge of the digital marketing landscape and ‘what works and why’.
An excellent communicator and presenter.
Knowledge of and experience in:
- Google PPC
- SEO / SEM
- Organic social
- Paid, owned and earned media
- eCRM
- CRO (conversion rate optimisation)
- Reporting/analytics
