How much time can you commit to learning the software – and will all members of your team need to do so? If you have a large team you might consider using CRM software that is intuitive and user-friendly, even if being so comes at the cost of some functionality. But if you have the time to invest in more complex software then doing so will pay rich dividends further down the line.
