What does Christmas mean to you?
To us, Christmas means getting into the spirit of things with some beautiful traditional carol singing. Or it means a few cheeky sherries down the pub and listening to our Carol singin’. Terribly.
It means looking forward to chopping down and sprucing up the most amazing Christmas tree… even if the reality never quite matches the expectation.
And it means helping those less fortunate than ourselves.
Did you know that 30% of children in the UK will spend this Christmas living in poverty?
This is the question we surprised a few of our colleagues with during our Christmas message video – and we think their answers, that you can watch below, say it all.
This Christmas, we’re supporting the great work of Child Poverty Action Group, whose tireless work has benefitted millions of children over the past 50 years.
But there’s still so much to be done – because for 4.1 million UK children, Christmas isn’t the most wonderful time of the year, it’s just another day.
So, this year our Christmas message is: visit www.cpag.org.uk/christmas and give a little, give a lot, give what you can, and we can help stamp out child poverty for good.
